STEPS TO SUCCESS:
Step 1: Investor gets pre-qualified for financing.
Step 2: Investor signs purchase contract with Seller.
Step 3: Investor closes on property and receives a construction loan from MB
Enterprises LLC. Property is renovated in order to meet Section 8 Standards.
Step 4: Investor turns in all required documents to new lender to get final
approval and set up closing of the Rate Term Refinance that will payoff the
construction loan from MB Enterprises LLC.
Step 5: Rehab is complete and loan closes and funds.
Step 6: Investor receives unused construction money once debts are paid by the
lender.
Step 7: Investors sign rental management agreement with a property management
company.
Step 8: Deposits for rent are collected and rental agreements are signed and a
section 8 tenant is moved in.
Step 9: Rent payments are received via PHA each month. Enjoy the benefit.
Step 10: Receive Marketing and referral fees for helping MB Enterprises LLC
grow.
